I’m Erin, founder and owner of EBC Strategies, a business rooted in my passion for supporting vibrant small towns like the one I grew up in and the one I now proudly call home with my husband and two kids. As a mum, I want my community to remain a fantastic place for future generations to thrive.
With over 20 years in management, I’ve honed the skills to identify business challenges and develop impactful solutions. When a career shift pushed me to rethink my path, I saw it as a chance to pursue what truly matters to me—helping businesses to succeed and grow.
